Attaining the vision: Enterprise-wide expansion of CRM

Contrary to traditional CRM implementations managing communications, the University of Ottawa has expanded the technology to an enterprise-wide vision of service throughout the student life cycle. This session will cover current applications (admission offers, personalized viewbook ordering system, text messaging, housing request), present the ROI, and offer a vision for expansion of the tool.
