An overview of the telephony systems at the University of Waterloo

Monday, May 31 at 02:30 PM - Room 1140, Desmarais Hall

Managing the telephony systems on campus requires a diverse set of skills, proper organization and most importantly teamwork to provide the high level of quality and support that people expect.  During these times of fiscal consciousness, it is even more important to find ways to do more with less people, time and money. While not having all the answers, we would like to provide a glimpse into the many diverse systems supported by his telecommunications team at the University of Waterloo and the ways they have managed to meet expectations while moving forward with new ideas and initiatives. We hope that this presentation will give others some ideas and perhaps lead to further discussion and collaboration among other institutions.
