All video recordings (as well as podcasts and enhanced podcasts) are now available from the individual session pages off our program grid. To access the podcast or enhanced podcasts, you will need to click on the "Download" button.

Please note that not all recordings are available due to permissions or technical issues.

Mobile site is now live!

We have just put into production this year's mobile site (optimized for iPhone/iPod Touch and Android devices). The redirection to the mobile site will be done automatically when browsing from one of these devices.

During the next few days (prior to the conference), you will be able to find information on locations, directions, parking as well as our latest tweet from Twitter. For the days of the conference (beginning Sunday), the site will dynamically update with session and location information, directions, latest tweet and more. Want to find out what's on now? What's next? How to get to various OUCC locations? Just visit the mobile site!

Blackberry users are invited to use the URL http://2010.oucc.ca/m to view the mobile site. Please note that your experience will differ from the devices listed above.

Twitter is your source of info during OUCC2010

During this year's OUCC, we will be making extensive use of Twitter (@oucc2010) to disseminate any information or to answer any questions that may arise during the conference.

Search for the term "oucc2010" to learn what other conference attendees are saying about their experiences at OUCC. If you decide to tweet about the conference, we kindly ask that you use the #oucc2010 hash tag to help identify all relevant tweets for this year's event.

Less than 3 days until OUCC 2010 is upon us! The forecast is calling for warm and sunny days with only a slight blemish on Monday (small chance of thunder-showers). If you haven't registered yet, get to it!

Our website has undergone a few changes recently. Here's what you may have missed:

Our redesigned program is now complete and fully populated with individual session information. Please note that some slight changes in scheduling have been made. Now's a great time to browse the program and decide on the many interesting sessions that are upcoming for this year's conference.
We will be recording many of the sessions this year. Please visit the individual session pages (available off the program grid) for a link to the streaming video podcast (please note that not all sessions will be recorded).
OUCC attendees staying on-site (University of Ottawa residence) will have access to the Desmarais Hall indoor parking garage (accessible of Nicholas St.) as indicated on our parking map (or on the OUCC 2010 Location Map). Parking passes will be included in your registration kit at no extra cost.

23 Days and Counting!

That’s right, OUCC is only 23 days away! Now is the time to register and start planning your getaway to Ottawa!

As mentioned in past communications, we have a number of activities planned for this year’s Conference attendees, so much so that we’ve extended OUCC by half a day to include everything!

Registration will be open up until the start of the Conference, but we encourage you to register early and make your arrangements as soon as possible in order to avoid any last-minute disappointments.

We hope to see you at OUCC 2010!

If you haven’t yet registered for OUCC 2010, you have until Friday, April 30 to take advantage of our $250 early bird rate. Anyone registering as of May 1 will be required to pay the full conference fee of $300.

What do we have in store for you? Our redesigned Program page provides a detailed breakdown of how the Conference will unfold this year. And registering for OUCC is easy. The online Registration Form only takes a few minutes to complete.

Registration for OUCC 2010 is officially open, and until May 1, we’re giving you the chance to register at our early bird rate. That’s $250 instead of the regular $300 rate.

We also have so much going on this year that we’ve decided to extend the Conference by ½ day!

It’s not too late to submit a presentation proposal for OUCC 2010! The Organizing Committee has extended the deadline to Sunday, March 14.

Do you have a great idea? Submit a proposal! We’d enjoy hearing from you and seeing what you’re truly passionate about. We also have some perks lined up for our presenters <subliminalmessage>free stuff</subliminalmessage> to sweeten the deal!

Third keynote speaker confirmed!

We’re pleased to announce that John MacDonald, Business Account Manager with Google Canada, has agreed to participate as a keynote speaker for OUCC 2010!

An Ottawa native and a uOttawa alumnus, Mr. MacDonald will be discussing “Cloud Computing” and its impact on messaging and collaboration.
